It didn't make sense to start this corner without introducing ourselves, after all, talking about Unibuto is also talking about us.

We are Ana and Tiago and this project grew from our hands.

We gave him the soul, the name and the address. We painted your house and handpicked every brand that lives in it. We rigorously defend slow fashion, quality of materials and sustainability . Therefore, although we opened doors in October 2023, the work started long before that.

We wanted to open a space that represented our ideals and brought value to those who visit. Everything you can find at Unibuto has been designed to bring comfort and respect children's bodies and development. All of the clothing brands we represent use high-quality materials and produce ethically. Sanjo sneakers are part of our affectionate memories and that's why we highlighted them in the store. The toys are designed to stimulate play and give free rein to the imagination, many of them handmade. It was very important for us that everything aligned and that the experience of those who visit us was unique, not only when they are with us in the store or ordering online, but also when they receive the order and use the products. In a world full of fast fashion and plastic, we wanted to bring durability. To be a brand that is here to stay.

After all, who are we?

We are a proudly Sanjoanense couple and that is why Unibuto could not have taken root in another city. What used to be the route to Grandma's house is now the route to store nº35, on Rua da Liberdade. But make no mistake, today's beautiful store didn't exist when we chose the space! We had to, as a family, get to work to transform it. Ana designed every corner of the store, all the colors and layouts. We painted the walls and gave it a new look, making Unibuto a peaceful and pleasant place, which allows the Customer to choose calmly.

I'm 27 years old, I'm Gemini and my favorite food is Pasta Carbonara.

I have been a Nurse my entire life, but despite not having pursued a professional path in the artistic field, I have always loved cultivating and nurturing my aesthetic sense. This project was still an idea and I had already imagined everything in my head. I love the process of choosing each outfit and each place to show it. In addition to this work, I am also the one you will meet if you come to visit us or send us a message. I got so involved in this project that I left the hospital to dedicate myself 100% to it and I have never been happier. Seeing our idea come to life and people enjoying this space designed with so much care has been incredible.

Tiago

25 years old, I'm a Leo and my favorite food is Cod (like good Portuguese, I like it cooked anyway).

My work at Unibuto is more analytical. I take care of all the financial aspects and I'm behind the plan to make everything work. You may not find me in the store so much, but know that I'm at home wearing the Unibuto shirt and doing everything I can to make this project a success. For me, it is very important to bring value and not be just another brand, or encourage meaningless consumerism. Therefore, I am also in the marketing department. I am very strict when it comes to materials and design ergonomics, both in my personal life and in the products we decide to represent in the store.

Together, we make an incredible team and the perfect balance for a beautiful and meaningful project. Our family has been tireless and helped us a lot to make this dream come true. Thanks!

We really believe in this little corner that we are building and that's why we decided to leave what we thought was the direction of our lives to dedicate ourselves so much to it. It has been everything a good project is: hard work and very rewarding.
