Shipping and Transport
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. For questions related to your order, send us an email to hello@unibuto.pt or contact us by phone at +351 912 900 082 (called national mobile network).
We are available from Monday to Friday (10am-1pm and 2:30pm-7pm) and Saturdays (9:30am - 1pm) UGT/GNT Lisbon.
Shipping Costs:
CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL, AZORES AND MADEIRA ISLANDS, SPAIN: €5.50
REST OF EUROPE: €16.50
INTERNATIONAL: €23
Shipping costs will be free to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira Islands and Spain, on orders from €150 . Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world will be free on orders over €200 .
International shipping fees are calculated by the company responsible for delivery, based on the postal code and shipping destination. Please remember that international packages are subject to taxes and customs fees that are not calculated at check-out. UNIBUTO has no control over these fees charged at the time of delivery. Please contact your country's local customs office to determine fees in advance.
Delivery:
UNIBUTO offers two types of delivery for online purchases:
- Delivery to the address indicated by the customer
- Pick up your order in our physical store
In cases where the Customer chooses the transport service for delivery to the indicated address, this is provided by our distribution partner.
If you wish to submit a complaint related to unloading and/or delivery, this must be sent by email to our distribution partner and complemented with photographs proving it.
For in-store order pickups, the customer will receive an SMS or email as soon as the order is available to be picked up. You should only go to the store after collection has been indicated by UNIBUTO.
Delivery times:
For orders delivered to the address indicated by the customer:
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm for mainland Portugal are usually delivered within 2 working days.
For pre-sale items, the delivery time is mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase. Barring any exceptional situation, for made-to-order items, they will be delivered within a maximum period of 5 to 10 days after the order is placed.
In the event of a delay due to force majeure, UNIBUTO undertakes to inform the Customer and make its best efforts to quickly resolve the situation.
For orders with in-store pickup:
The customer will receive an SMS or email as soon as the order is available for collection. You should only go to the store after collection has been indicated by UNIBUTO. Normally, the deadline for the order to be available for collection does not exceed 24 hours, unless stock is out of stock.
Order Confirmation or Cancellation:
After making your purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction, which should be saved for future reference.
Your order will only be processed after confirmation of payment. In case of non-payment, UNIBUTO reserves the right to cancel the order.
UNIBUTO reserves the right not to confirm and/or deliver the products ordered by the Customer, regardless of the reason and is exempt from liability for any damages or costs, if:
– For some reason, it is impossible to properly collect and receive the respective payment;
– The ordered products are no longer available;
– The order was placed with errors in filling out the data, essential for the correct delivery of the order;
– The order is flagged by the website's security systems as an incorrect, irregular order and/or considered fraud.
In any of the aforementioned cases, UNIBUTO will inform the Customer by email about this situation, alerting them to the impossibility of confirming the sale and the consequent cancellation of the order, refunding the amount paid for the items.
