Shipping
What is the shipping cost?
CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL, AZORES AND MADEIRA ISLANDS, SPAIN: €5.50
REST OF EUROPE: €16.50
INTERNATIONAL: €23
Shipping costs will be free to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira Islands and Spain, on orders from €150 . Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world will be free on orders over €200 .
Can I pick up the order in store?
Yes. You can collect your order in our physical store whenever you wish. The Customer should only go to the store after we have instructed you to collect it.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm for mainland Portugal are usually delivered within 2 working days.
For pre-sale items, the delivery time is mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
I ordered an article. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Barring any exceptional situation, made-to-order items will be delivered within a maximum period of 5 to 10 days after the order is placed.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
Exchanges and returns
How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return of the products up to 30 days after the date you received the order.
How do I return an item?
To exchange or return an item you must:
Send an email with “RETURN or EXCHANGE" in the subject line to hello@unibuto.pt , or you can contact us at +351 912 900 082 (called the national mobile network), communicating the intention to exchange or return the product and indicating the following information:
- Order No.;
- The reference or name of the product you wish to exchange and/or return;
- Reason why you want to exchange or return the product;
- Photograph of the product, if it is damaged;
If you wish to make an exchange, simply place the item in a closed packaging/bag, there is no need to send the original packaging. All returns must be made as received: with box or envelope, cards and all accessories inherent to the order.
In the event of a return, after we receive the product and validate its conformity, the Customer will be refunded the value of the product/s using the same payment method, and may opt for a credit on the website for future purchases.
Are exchanges and returns free?
Exchanges to mainland Portugal are free of charge.
Returns are always free of charge if they are made in our physical store.
Exchanges and returns are possible within a maximum period of 30 days from the date the order was placed.
In the case of exchanges from the islands or the rest of the world, the Customer is responsible for sending the item for exchange, and it must be sent via a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that it can be traced. Unibuto is not responsible for lost parcels, and the shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, post office or distribution service chosen by the Customer.
The Customer should only send their order for exchange after contacting us by email at hello@unibuto.pt and waiting for our instructions. There is no charge for sending the new item for which the customer wishes to exchange.
